We currently do not issue Refunds or Returns of damaged Goods from shipping or otherwise for our products. However, when purchasing Priority Mail shipping with USPS, you will have insurance should they be damaged in transit which does happen on rare occasions.
If your Chrondala arrives damaged, present your damaged goods including the USPS shipping box, Chrondala purchase receipt, and the Priority Mail tracking number at your nearest US Post Office. The USPS will issue you a check to replace the damaged goods.

● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

● “Website” refers to ChrondalaCalendar.com, accessible from www.ChrondalaCalendar.com
● “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on
behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The Goods were purchased anytime before February 1st of the calendar year printed on the Chrondala Calendar.
● The Goods are in the original packaging, not unpacked, and in factory condition for resale.
● The following Goods cannot be returned:
If the Goods including the packaging are damaged in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in
our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend
an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods
or proof of received return delivery, and upon inspection of the Goods.
