Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chrondala®.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We take great care in packaging every Chrondala. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly provide either a replacement Chrondala or a full refund.

To report shipping damage, please email info@chrondalacalendar.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged Chrondala
  • Photos of the entire shipping package, including the mailing tube and any damaged packaging materials
  • Your order number

Once we review the photos, we will determine whether to issue a replacement or a refund.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unopened Chrondala for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • The Chrondala must be returned in its original sealed wrapper.
  • The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after:

  1. The returned item is received by us.
  2. We inspect the item and verify that it is in its original sealed wrapper and in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Products not returned in their original sealed wrapper
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products returned in a condition that prevents resale
